April 1 Rate Increase

The Woodlands Township Board of Directors has approved a fare adjustment for The Woodlands Express commuter bus service following a public comment period held in January and February 2026.

Effective April 1, 2026, the round trip fare will increase from $15 to $17. This adjustment addresses rising operational costs while maintaining the current level of service.

The approved increase aligns with the phased fare plan introduced in 2024.
